Alida Farrell, pht, D.O., Life Coach

• Graduated with distinction from the Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy program at McGill University (1997-2000)

• Acquired her Diploma in Osteopathy (D.O.) from the Centre Ostéopathique du Quebec (2007-2013)

• Worked in Pediatrics at the Shriner's Hospital early in her career and practiced orthopaedic physiotherapy in various private clinics in the Montreal area

• Became a self-employed physiotherapist with osteopathic approach at her current location (previously named la Maison du Saule) in 2007

• Founded 'Inspirations Physio & Osteo' in 2015, and began hiring other therapists to be able offer more complete services to her clientele. The company became Vitalida Physio & Osteo in early 2019.

• Through practice and experience, Alida found that the mind and body are intimately connected and that lifestyle habits and mindset are so important to our physical well being. To better address these issues, she studied human Optimization with Heroic and subsequently became a Life Coach in 2025.

Nicole Defoy, Life Coach

• With a Bachelors in Communication (Paris) and a background in administration (Montreal), Nicole became trained as a Life Coach at the Syma School after becoming a widow.

• She offers life coach specializing in accompanying people through life's big transitions and the grieving process.

• French language consultations only​. In person or virtual.

• Passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies, and with years of experience working at a Spa, she brings her skills and enthusiasm to the Vitalida team.

• Trained in reflexology, Swedish, therapeutic and relaxation massage and hot stone therapy.

• Is a member of the Reseau des massothérapeutes du Québec and offers receipts for insurance.
